Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

  • We offer various shipping methods at checkout. Delivery times and costs depend on the selected method and destination.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may impact delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Regular Items: Eligible for return within 30 days upon receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • Custom Products: Returns are not accepted for custom products unless there is an error in customization on our part.

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Customers must contact us at cs@dreambell.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.  Pleaes be sure to include the order # when you contact us.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (following the return process above) and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
